Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Ecosystems: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Lead Generative AI Innovation: Spearhead research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and architectural patterns for complex AI systems, ensuring they are future-proof and adaptable to emerging paradigms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines and inference latency to ensure real-time performance at scale.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews on cutting-edge AI implementations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of designing and deploying state-of-the-art Generative AI models or LLMs.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and adapt to rapid technological shifts (e.g., the shift toward AGI in the 2026 timeframe).
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
