Role Overview:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will handle a variety of tasks ensuring our office runs smoothly, providing support to senior management, and managing client communications. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to secure a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including expense reports, timesheets, and filing systems.
- Assist in the recruitment process for temporary staff, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices and expense reimbursements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
