Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes for new temporary and full-time staff
- Coordinate departmental meetings and maintain meeting minutes
- Assist with HR administrative tasks including onboarding paperwork
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
