Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors at the Oklahoma City office.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
