Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive team
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails) with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support data entry and record-keeping using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding new temporary staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
