- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Support team projects through data entry, document preparation, and research
- Coordinate office logistics including meetings, travel arrangements, and vendor communications
- Assist with onboarding processes for new temporary staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
