- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track deliverables using Asana
- Handle incoming communications with professionalism and discretion
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management and travel booking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
