Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with a professional and courteous tone.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, booking conference rooms, and taking meeting minutes.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for client records.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating databases and tracking expenses.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operations continue without interruption.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, directing them appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to start immediately.
