Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain the long-term technical vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with futuristic trends and business goals.
- Pilot Emerging Technologies: Research, prototype, and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Advanced AI, Quantum Computing) to determine feasibility for production environments.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectural frameworks that can withstand the demands of the next generation of digital services.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and guide decision-making processes regarding technology stacks and infrastructure investments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into tangible technical specifications.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous technical assessments to identify risks and opportunities in emerging technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or visionary role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding or experience with AI/ML integration, Web3 concepts, or edge computing.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think several steps ahead, anticipating industry shifts and technological disruptions before they occur.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire teams with a compelling vision.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
