Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ future-tech patents
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks and ESG compliance
