Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in top-tier AI or quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams (50+ members)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong background in ethics of advanced AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
