- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future authority
- Advise executive board on disruptive technology investments and partnerships
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit featuring global innovation pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include 3+ validated predictions)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS, CSSP)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
