Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal years.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum-ready architectures) for enterprise integration.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D and future-proofing legacy systems.
- Represent the company at key industry conferences and tech summits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML integrations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting for tech departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous growth mindset.
