- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5+ year technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech implications
- Expertise in ethical AI design and human-centric technology principles
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
