Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Partner with product teams to translate future trends into scalable product roadmaps
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible tech deployment
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technologists
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology disruption
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
