Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Present future technology forecasts to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in emerging technology domains
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 2026 breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Security clearance or ability to obtain for classified projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
