- Establish ethical frameworks for consciousness-level AI and genetic editing
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Neurotechnology, or Systems Theory
- 15+ years in emerging technology strategy with 3+ Fortune 500 executive roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technology paradigms
- Track record of launching billion-dollar tech ecosystems (Web3, AI, BioTech)
- Expertise in ISO 20700 technology foresight methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, and Python programming
