Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify emerging technologies for acquisition
- Present strategic proposals to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets across multiple tech verticals
- Build and lead a high-performing team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure patents for proprietary technologies developed during tenure
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Successful track record of launching 3+ enterprise-scale innovations
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Agile/Scal methodologies for complex R&D projects
