Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 digital transformation initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biohybrid systems) with commercial viability
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions in our quantum-secure cloud infrastructure
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing digital architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive innovations
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Deep understanding of technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams
