Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architecture: Develop and oversee the technical strategy for scalable, cloud-native systems designed to operate seamlessly in 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure to optimize performance and automation.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system health, performance metrics, and latency to drive improvements and ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions comply with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or IT infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust for backend infrastructure development.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system issues under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
