Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives using blockchain-tracked supply chains
- Design ESG reporting frameworks for SEC-mandated disclosures
- Manage cross-functional sustainability task forces across 15+ countries
- Integrate IoT and AI for real-time environmental impact monitoring
- Drive innovation in circular economy models for waste reduction
- Present strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or MBA with ESG focus
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 2020+ target experience
- Expertise in carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) and TCFD frameworks
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon)
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ large-scale ESG initiatives
- Certification in GRI Standards or SASB
- Experience with emerging tech (AI, blockchain) for sustainability
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to operations
