Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with demonstrable impact in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting methodologies
- Proven track record scaling circular economy initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep technical knowledge in climate tech (AI-driven resource optimization, green hydrogen, bio-based materials)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership
- Published thought leadership in sustainability innovation or peer-reviewed research
