We are seeking a visionary Strategic Technology Lead to define the technological roadmap and innovation strategy for our organization leading up to and through the pivotal year of 2026. Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on achieving key business objectives by the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global technology trends, AI advancements, and emerging market shifts to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.) for integration into our core infrastructure and product offerings.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource allocation for R&D initiatives aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation projects and hackathons to prototype future-state solutions.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or CTO/CIO-level capacity.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and SaaS architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including board members and investors.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term problem solving and feasibility analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
