Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and oversee the strategic vision for technology adoption, focusing on emerging trends expected to dominate by 2026.
- Disruptive Technology Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on breakthrough technologies (e.g., AGI, AR/VR convergence, Edge Computing) and assess their viability for our product suite.
- Architectural Strategy: Design scalable, future-proof technical architectures that accommodate rapid scaling and integration of new tech stacks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and executive stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies to validate their impact before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technology stacks and industry standards to ensure Aether Dynamics remains the market leader.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, including at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience solving complex architectural challenges with innovative solutions.
