Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for the 2026 global product launch.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment on technical milestones and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks across multiple project streams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and cross-departmental alignment meetings.
- Report project health, KPIs, and strategic insights directly to the C-suite.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office (PMO).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically in software or hardware launches.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, high-visibility projects with global impact.
- Expert-level proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex system architectures.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
