- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and secure $5M+ annual R&D funding
- Mentor talent pipeline in emerging technologies and future-proof skill development
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 commercialization
- Drive implementation of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Management, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in product innovation, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech landscapes: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive/board presentation experience
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or technology foresight
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized future-focused products/services
