Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future readiness initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation product concepts
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and socio-technical transformation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or scenario planning
