Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging tech opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation strategies to board members and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of creative experimentation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap delivery
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
