Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech or biotech sectors
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CIMP) preferred
