Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop quantitative foresight models simulating future scenarios across 5+ industry verticals
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to emerging megatrends
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional innovation teams
- Curate and analyze global trend data from proprietary and open-source intelligence networks
- Author thought leadership publications and influence strategic planning cycles
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices in predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, strategy, or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices, Delphi methods)
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic positioning
