- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio focused on sustainable tech and human-machine augmentation
- Keynote at global tech summits representing Horizon Dynamics' thought leadership
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Architects Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies or societal futures
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions implemented for complex global challenges
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable technology frameworks preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
