Responsibilities
- Participate in a highly structured 18-month rotational program across three distinct engineering departments.
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, cloud-native applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Contribute to our proprietary machine learning pipelines and AI-driven feature sets.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize existing systems for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Present rotational project outcomes and technical solutions to executive leadership at the end of each cycle.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset geared toward continuous learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and hybrid work environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
