Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with long-term market trajectories
- Produce thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
