- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate technological, economic, and social disruptions
- Produce quarterly trend analysis reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and futurist networks
- Present strategic vision to board members and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist task force within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks that drive organizational change
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders

- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
