Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscape evolution
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and innovation roadmaps with clear KPIs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
