Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary foresight initiatives analyzing exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market disruption scenarios
- Present executive-level trend briefings to Board of Directors
- Architect innovation pipelines with $50M+ R&D budget allocation
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on horizon scanning
- Pioneer ethical governance models for emerging technologies
- Drive cross-venture strategic alignment across 12 global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/innovation journals
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof business models
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CSSF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, WFS)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish required
