Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap across all product lines
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)

- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation architects
- Establish industry partnerships to accelerate future-readiness initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree required
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future trends (journal articles, books)
- Experience with global stakeholder management across cultural boundaries
