Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align long-term research with corporate vision
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and sustainability trends affecting future business landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects and strategic roadmaps
