Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on mid-decade technological or societal shifts
- Experience with AI-driven scenario modeling tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
