Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios through 2030
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test business continuity strategies
- Produce horizon scanning reports on breakthrough technologies with investment-grade impact assessments
- Architect organizational adaptation frameworks for AI-augmented workforce transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions for climate resilience and sustainable growth
- Present strategic foresight findings to boards and investors with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, cross-impact analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major organizational transformation initiatives
