- Drive organizational adoption of agile futures-thinking frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and exponential change forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives successfully implemented
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptors post-2025
