Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior engineers, to define product roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Participate in a structured rotational program across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure departments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while contributing to peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering culture, tools, and agile processes.
- Present project milestones and technical findings to senior leadership at the culmination of each rotation.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
