Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 R&D Roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Identify and prototype breakthrough technologies (e.g., advanced AI, Quantum computing readiness) with high commercial potential.
- Lead a high-performance team of futurists and engineers to translate abstract concepts into tangible products.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical innovation with business strategy.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for future tech deployment.
- Present complex technical visions to stakeholders and investors clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or R&D role.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives that resulted in significant business impact.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on long-term strategic delivery.
