Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Architect scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines capable of handling high-volume, future-proof data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, design, and engineeringâto integrate cutting-edge technologies into production environments.
- Lead R&D efforts in emerging tech stacks, evaluating feasibility and ROI for experimental technologies.
- Establish best practices for security, privacy, and ethical AI usage in alignment with global regulations.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, AI engineering, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural networks.
- Experience with blockchain technologies or quantum computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
