Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing quantum algorithm breakthroughs in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience managing $1M+ research budgets and high-performance technical teams
- Deep knowledge of Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
