Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and molecular simulation
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Architect hybrid classical-quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum solutions across finance and healthcare sectors
- Conduct research on topological qubits and quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Author technical documentation and publish findings in IEEE Nature journals
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security standards and ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex probability theory
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD implementation)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end quantum algorithm development
