Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for 2026-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and AI model architectures
- Proficiency with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
