Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning or R&D management

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with technology focus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing distributed teams across global time zones
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Professional certifications (PMP, CTO, or equivalent) preferred
