Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core enterprise platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and senior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern development practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Engage in a structured, 6-month rotational mentorship program to accelerate your technical growth.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Node.js) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for learning new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
