Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies for commercial deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of breakthrough technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to define long-term R&D priorities and funding allocation
- Present innovation roadmaps and ROI projections to stakeholders and investors
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
